I can't use the IP address to access the cube in the client side.

However, in the server side, I can use IP address to access the cube file.

Any setting I needing to config?

If you have the SQL Client Network Utility, you can create an alias for the IP address of the server, and use the alias to try connecting. You should also make certain that the client is configured to use TCP/IP and not named pipes or some other network library.

I have configured the Client network utilities. However, error still occured.

The error message is:
The PivotTable List "XXXX" coulr not connect to the data source " CUBE NAME". 0X80004005: Cannot connect to server 'server alias'

As I use microsoft web component: pivot table as a front end application, is the problem related to this component.
