As always... it depends. 10% of the data file is a descent place to start with the log, but that's a very general figure. Set it to autogrow and keep a very close eye on it to determine the optimum size. Indexes completely depend on the number of them, the number of rows they contain, and the size of the columns that the clustered indexes cover. There are some tools out there for guestamating sizes, but none of them are 100% accurate.
