Checkpoint process

I see a line in sys.sysprocesses. The process's status is suspend and the command is CHECKPOINT. I have the information here exactly as it is on my monitor. It seems is consuming hi cpu. What should I do?

But today is 4-11-07 and it is still in there. The above data I cut and paste this morning.

Any process under 50 is a system process, and should be no problem. All of these processes typically do morlok type work, and are in existence from startup. I would not worry over it. The CPU column is cumulative over the life of the spid (from startup in this case), so high numbers are expected.

Run 'sp_who2 active', is it in the result?
