hai,

once again pavan. i need some clarification on this issues

how sql server allocates memeory for the instances.

means
procedure cache
buffer cache
log cache
system data structure.

could you please provide information regarding this issue

Inside SQL Server would probably also be a good resource.

Depending on what you are looking for I think you might be getting into confidential info areas. Also it's the sort of thing that can change between service packs and hot fixes.
