| Well writes "I installed SQL using an local administrator account, then i rebooted the server, logged on with a domain account that belongs to Domain Admin. From SQL Enterprise Manager, i tried to backup a database to a folder on another machine using the "Device" type of backup. In the device box, i typed in the UNC path (\\SQLBackup\Backups\Test.bak) but it kept saying that it couldn't find the location. I checked the Permission on the Backups folder on the SQLBackup machine, it had the domain account i used to log onto my SQL Server with "Full Control". Any ideas why this happened? I appreciate any inputs. Thanks in advance" |
