Is there anyway to log every incoming command, INSERT/UPDATE/SELECT/DELETE to a seperate database table?

The profiler will do it.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

Where will I find that? I'm using express edition, does that include the profiler?

You can run profiler from any sql client machine.
