Sherry,

Make sure you are on the latest SP for SQL. I am assuming you are 7.0 Pre SP3?

Try applying SP3.

Also if Visual Studio is installed on the machine, make sure you have the latest SP on that as well, but put the VS SP on vefore the SQL SP.
