i was deleted a record from my database, but i want to recover my deleted record via log file, how to do ?

Do you have any backups? If you don't, then you'll need to use a third party tool to read that transaction log file. Check out Lumigent's Log Explorer. Red Gate also has a tool. They are not free though.

If db is in simple recovery mode, even third party tools can't help.

Good luck on fn_dblog. There's a reason why vendors create third party tools to read the transaction log!
