When I run the Import Data Wizard there is a selection for a MS Project datasource, but when I choose this datasource nothing happens and there is no way to complete the import. I'd really like to be able to schedule import jobs from MS Project, but I can't find any way to do it.Does anyone have any experience with this?I have MS Project installed on my client machine, does it need to be installed on the server in order for the proper ODBC configuration to files to be present and work? Thanks |

To be more precise, when I select Microsoft Project 11.0 OLE DB Provider, I then hit the "Properties" button and then I have a dialog that has field for DataSource or Location, but Location is disabled, so I can't enter anything into that field. That is the field that I need to use however. The DataSource field takes an ODBC datasource, but I don't have an OLE provider for MS Project, not sure why, as I think that this is supposed to be installed with standard MS Project. At any rate, that wouldn't work anyway, as then a DataSource would have to be setup for every file, and there are hundreds of files.I need to be able to import from a Location, but that option is disabled.Any ideas on why this is, or how to do this? Thanks |
