I'm fairly new to Reporting Services and hope someone can help with a problem I am experiencing.I have a report with a list control to print my client details - name, address, etc (formated like form that they use at moment) and at bottom of list are two tables to print details about the client activitiy (ie one for order dates, etc and one for products ordered, etc). These tables appear on the following 'page' when printed. The report uses a stored procedure in the dataset that returns all the disperate data for the group of clients targetted as multiple records per client. The list has a group by on the client_id number so only prints details once for each set of client records. The tables have a filter field so that they know which record details to display in each one.The above works fine if the client has more tha one record returned or if they have only one record that is filtered to appear in the last table! If there is only one record with data for the first table then the 'form' layout appears but all the client details fields are blank!! I have run the dataset to ensure that it is returning the record details for the blank one and on the next page it does still print out the first tables details and the empty_table default message for the second table.I have tried everything I can think of to force these clients details to print but to no avail. Is there anyone out theere who can help??Thanks,CZ [:( |

I finally 'fudged' this to work by forcing a blank record into the second table - not pretty but it works!Cheers, Witch |
