I cant login. While login its saying login failed

RickD, In SAC, I have seen Services are Running, in remote connections the Local and remote connection option is enabled. Under the Local and remote connections "Using both TCP/IP and Named pipes " is enabled

Thanks

On VISTA, local administrator is not longer automatically given SA rights in SQL Server.
You have to add yourself to SQL administrators with the SURFACE AREA tool.
