Do you mean index reorganisation? Try reading BoL under Alter Index and google "sql server index defragmentation rebuild reorganise"

are there different types of re-organization ,the one which i am talking about is to improve the performance and re arrange all the clustered data...

That is index reorganisation. If you know SQL 2000 it is equivalent to DBCC indexdefrag.

And compare it with reindex, you need rebuild index when table is highly fragmented.
