so i have this problem: from time to time(once a week or 2 times per month) i get this message "DESCRIPTION: The SQL Server performance counter 'Percent Log Used' (instance 'DatabaseName') of object 'SQLServer:Databases' is now above the threshold of 90.00 (the current value is 99.00)". The alert comes between 04:00 and 06:00 a.m. and then everything is normal. i didn't make anything until now but it started to bother me.i don't know how to fix it so if you have any idea, please share.

It's about transaction log instead of error log. Is the db in full or bulk-logger recovery model? How often do you backup log then?

Is there open transaction in the db? If not, it may because increased transactions in the db. Then need more log space or backup log more often.
