Our clint need to migrate from already runner database on SQL SERVER 2005 to Oracle 9i, WHAT will be basic and important issue we will face in this term and HOW we will handle with our functions and procedures created in SQL SERVER 2005 database... ???

there are many sql syntax differences, there are major differences between the procedural TSQL and Oracle PL/SQL, there are datatype differences, etc.

Oracle provides some migration tools that you might want to look at. They might help you get started. I believe they can be found at http://technet.oracle.com

thing is, sql-server and oracle work different. you cannot treat like a big data bucket that your apps can get data from. some parts of your apps will need to be re-written or they will crawl - at best.

my advise, through money at a specialist.
