Can someone give me the command to restart SQL?

You can start/stop the SQL Server service using the net start and net stop commands from a command line. Just lookup your service name in the Administrative Tools > Services (mine is MSSQL$SQLSERVER). You'll also get prompted that the action will stop the SQL Agent service, so if it's a concern you might want to make sure you stop/start that service as well.
