In SQL Server 2005, you can use something called as Database Snapshot.

but sir snapshot is read only copy of database

I have delete all rows emp table and commit at 1:00
can i flash back to 2:45 ?

how?

If you want to restore the database upto specific time in past, I guess you are talking about point-in-time recovery.
