I hope you can help me find solution for my growing SQL Transaction Log. It's been growing up to 5G and keep on growing. How can I clear or delete this log so that i can limit it to at least 2G only. Right now, i cannot limit it to lower size. Please help..Thanks.

What recovery mode did you set for your database? If it is set to Full or Bulk-Logged, you must perform log backups periodically. After you back up the log, the inactive portion will be truncated, and you will be able to shrink the file, using DBCC SHRINKFILE command.
