Mark writes "Ok, it's more of a gripe than a question, but there are a few in here:
One: I am newcommer to SQL. I don't know everything. I know this, but I have a feeling that there is more answers to "Why can't I change my name on my computer, without haveing to re-install." I was born in a Macintosh world, grew up in a Microsoft Monopoly, and matured in a Unix enviroment. There has to be another way. Hell, I use Unix, I know what hard work is, is there away to fix something like changeing my comp's name?
Two: I am stuck behind a NT4.0 server W/ backoffice4.5 and SQL 7. I am trying and trying and trying to run a simple query, just a display query, and I get this error over and over again: "Sql can not run this query due to some files are missing or damaged. Please run Setup again".
Three: Is this hell?" |
