Hi Everyone,

What permissions one should have to veiw SQL Server Agent on server to which he logged in ?

Can someone help me in this ?

Everyone can see sql agent. Do you mean see all jobs under sql agent?

Once i faced as i am not able to view SQL Server Agent on my server
For Example my server name is LC2005.
I am able to view trees as
Databases
Security
Server Objects
Replication
Management

but i am not able to view SQL Server Agent.

That's not right!
In SQL 2005, you have to be either of these roles to see SQL agent:

Sysadmin

SQLAgentUserRole

SQLAgentReaderRole

SQLAgentOperatorRole
