| What should be the fill factor for a clustered Index on PK where the Pk is an identity column. There is no update on this column and very very little delete of rows in this table.Should the fill factor be 100%? It's currently 90% and I'm getting a lot of index fragmentation. |

Clustered Index on PK (identity) - Fragmentation
