Thanks for the reply but how do i do this step by stepIn SQL Server Management Studio, connect to each Reporting Servicesinstance, navigate to each report.Right click each report, select the Execution page, and make sure"Render this report with the most recent data" and "Cache the report.Expire after (minutes)" is checked.I'm new in SSRS |

You can also do this from Report Manager provided you have access rights.browse to http://<yourservername>/Reports2005/Pages/Folder.aspxand select each of your reports. Go to Execution tab and then enable the above options. |
