Hello all,

I've got a problem while attempting to acess my sql server with Entreprise Manager or Query Analyzer from the LAN after the Backup procedure Crash. I can only access it with my server's Local QueryAnalyzer.
Does someone know something about this ?

Thanks
Jerome.

In what way can't you access your server from EM? Does it claim the server doesn't exist? Or that the login credentials it has aren't valid?

Can you ping the server name? If so, Are you able to do a select via QA on the sys tables?

Peace

Rick
