| I've not made this mistake myself but i think you'll have to restore the previous DB backup and then all backed up transaction logs from after the backup. You can restore up to a specific time if you want to be very precise. BOL will probably give you exact syntax's to use.Paul |

| Lumigent's Log Explorer, is indeed a cool tool. However, if your log has been automatically truncated (trunc. log on chkpt. option) then you may be SOL on it and only have the Restore from Backukp option.Let me just put a plug in here that this is a good time (once you've recovered) to research all of the Backup/Restore options and how different settings (like trunc. log on chkpt.) affect your ability to restore. |
