Hello all.I recently installed SQL 2005. In the object browser when i click connect then reporting services it gives me the option to connect to a server. However there are no server listed in the drop-down list.Where have i gone wrong here and how do i rectify it?Thanks. |

DO you know your server? Just try to enter your server name manually and click connect. |

Hi thanks for the reply.When i enter the name of my local sql server instance in the drop-down list (VISIONWA-984F38) i get the following error: the report servces instance could not be found. |

Are you sure that you have a reporting server instance installed and running in the above server? |
