xp_fixeddrives gives the free space on the server drives. Is there a xp which gives the actual size of the drive?

I need to calculate the %space used!

Nothing inbuilt. There is stuff on the web if you google for it. Unless you have hundreds of servers I would just input the drive sizes manually. You can end up spending a lot longer figuring out how to automate this sort of thing for little real benefit.

I found some scripts which meet my requirement. But they also enable OLE AUTOMATION, bit skeptic about that!

Yeah - when we rolled our database trending stuff we initially wondered how to read disc sizes and then decided not to bother. There are better things you can do IMHO than go to great lengths to avoid typing:
INSERT drives
SELECT 'myservername', 'C', 500
