| I am having a very odd problem restoring a database to a SAN slice on one of our SQL 2005 servers. I haver full control on the SAN but when I attempt to restore a database to that drive I get an "Access Denied" error message. Interestingly enough, I can detach a database that has been restored to another local drive and attach it to the SAN with no problem. I can also create directories and files on the SAN so this doesn't appear to be a permissions issue. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? We are running SQL 2005 version 9.0.3042 (SP 2). Thanks! |
