How to move a table to a new file group when the table DOES NOT HAVE A CLUSTERED INDEX.

I also don't want to , create a new table, move the data, drop the old table.

Is there a easier way?

No such easier way exists.

By googling your problem, I found this:

Make sure you read the internals part of the article.

Thank you Tara.

I am NOT able to do it in SSMS. Even when the table has PK. Am I missing something?

That seems to be a good suggestion.
