| I have accidentally registered an existing database as a distribution database, which made it a system database.the data itself is safe and sound, but I want to undo the whole thing.How can I do this? |

| Distribution Database is a system database for Replication.see sp_changedistributiondb in Books online. Or you can disable distributor and start all over again. |
