extract user permissions in sql server 2000

extract user permissions in sql server 2000

Friends -

i need to extract user permissions from sql server 2000. currently this user is holding read, write and execute permissions on some objects in database.

I need to create this user same as it is on sql server 2005. Is there any script available for this.

Please help me on this.

You can script it. What about schema in 2005? Do they match in 2000?

i created login manually in 2005. now i want to extract permissions what ever it is there in 2000.

for eg: there are some objects which are having select, insert, update and delete etc,

i am looking for a script how to extract this with a script
