| Hi allthis is my first report and am kind of stuck in specifying the format for the phone number. Using Microsoft Reporting Services. All i want to do is specify a format for the phone no so the users can enter the rest of the number. The format should be 02x-XXXXXXXXXcan someone please tell me how I can get this done particularly putting the '-' in the parameter field so the users can enter the rest of the number. The parameter data type is String. Is there an edit mask option that I can specify somewhere. please helpthanksvani |

| Yes. That's what I mean. I tried to specify it in the Report Properties but the '-' is moving away when they specify the values. please help. also not sure if I mentioned before I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2003Thanksvani |
