Have started using it. Some of enhancements include MERGE statement,date datatype,intellisense in management studio,grouping sets. still exploring other new features.

Backup with compress is faster and backup file is much smaller.

i found it quite annoying at first but now quite like it. i find it most useful for functions. i.e. not having to remember what order to put in parameters etc

At found it quite annoying at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. At 4th I uninstalled it.
I have no problem with the concept, I do not think it was implemented well for SQL. Maybe future versions will be better.

Me too have the same experience
i felt it as making job lot more difficult and i too stopped using it.

i still enjoy with sql 2005 thought :)
