Hi Our Srever CPU load is suddenly max of 90%, we dont know wat hpnd.
How to find where is the max load load applying on the server.

Please help.

Have you tried Windows Task Manager? Look at the Processes Tab and look at the CPU column. This will show you which process is eating up your CPU. You will need to determine if need to end the process.

Do what RKinney says. If SQLServer is eating up the CPU, use Profiler to see what queries are running up a lot of CPU. After that, see if you can tune those queries.

you can use Standard Reports that comes with SQL 2005.
check Top transaction by Total CPU time.
