| Hello,Im connecting to a remote server successfully, Im opening Database named test also successfully, all the folders in this DB are opening except for Tables folder where im having this errorFailed to retrieve data for this request. (Microsoft.SqlServer.SmoEnum)I have SQL2005 SP1, Im connecting with SQL Authentication.Some colleagues are facing this problem others are not(they are connecting with the same username and password(sa))Any Ideas |

this sounds like an error in SSMS. in the dialog that pops up, you can click some button for more details on the error. in particular, there's one that will show you the callstack. copy that and paste it here. That will have more detailed information about why SMO can't enumerate the tables. elsasoft.org |
