If you have collation conflict you have to set all varchar fields in your database to the default collation in sql and it is :
SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS.
To do that rightclick on a varchar field choose modify then in the right lower corner you will see the properties of the column.Scroll down if needed to see it Collation specified is <database default>.
If it isn`t then click on the dotted square at the end , it will open up a dialog box .Choose SQL Collation and from dropdown list chose :SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS. Click restore default and then OK.
Do so for all the varchar fields in every table in the database .
Sorry it is time consuming .

I just needed to know what the term collate means.
