I've been asked to create a rpt that displays # orders for three locations (i.e. FL, NY, CA). This rpt will be emailed as a subscription in Excel format. My challenge is getting each location to display in a separate Tab. I tried "Document map label" but when it goes to Excel it shows the three locations as hyperlinks on the 1st wksht, and when I click either loc. it shows it on the same wksht.I need for the Excel rpt to open showing three Tabs, for FL, NY, CA. I know in BO this is as simple as right clicking and adding another Tab, but is this possible in RS?Any light will be as usual appreciated.Regards,John |

John, If you set the page breaks to break after each group when you export it will come out as each group on a new tab.Don't ask me how to get the tab name to be the group name, I don't know but whish I did.CardGunner |
