The database backup failed with the following error.
Any suggestions are greatly appreaciated

Create disk space by deleting unneeded files , droppping objects in the filrgroup, addindg additional files to the filegroup or setting autogrowth on

AS it says, the MSDB database is full.

Check the size of the file, see if it's allowed to autogrow. If so, see if there's space available on the disk.
If the file is not set to autogrow, then make the file larger (from database properties in management studio is easiest). If there's no space on the disk then you'll need to free up some space on the disk, or look at moving MSDB to a drive with more space.

Other option is to delete some of your backup and/or job history. You can do that from the SQL Agent node in object explorer (history node)
