| Is there a feature in reporting services that will queue a number of procedures and then send out a single email with all the attachments(if applicable) for those procedures? |

| seems like what you need is integration services rather then reports. Have a look at send mail task available in SSIS packages. one of good reference link is www.sqlis.com |
