I have removed the 'builtin\Administrator' account and now I can't start sql$agent , I get msg in evenlog saying 'cant connect to the database. I tried startit it as 'local administrator' , or as a windows user but no luck.
Can i start sql$agent with the domain user ? if yes does that domain user have to be a database user too? and if yes with what rights?

The user starting the service does not need to match any SQL user account names. Though it should be a local admin of the machine. You can create a local user on the machine, add it to Administrators group, and set it to start the Agent service. Should work good.
