Author  Topic  HendryC Starting Member 3 Posts Posted - 2001-02-26 : 01:36:19 Hello Friends, I already know how to connect to other SQL Server in Intranet using TCP/IP protocol, but I have a question that always come across in my mind: Could we connect to other SQL Server on different site over the Internet, (using TCP/IP protocol)? If so, Could I also make a connection to a linked server over the Internet? and please tell me how about any proxy settings to be set? Thanks in advance Hendry
