I'm looking for a tool which will make backing up sql server as frictionless as possible. Ideally offering incremental backups (so as to reduce file size for our file backups), monitoring and email alerts and an easy to use recovery tool.If anyone has any suggestions I'd be extremely grateful.Dan |

What's wrong with maintenance plans? I know I'm setting myself up for all kinds of grief for suggesting it but I've used it without issue for years. My production DBs are full backups once a week, incrementals every remaining night and log backups throughout the day, all without issue. Works for me!Terry-- Procrastinate now! |
