Hi All

i need to perform Transactional Replication process on 2 tables present on different servers and databases. But the problem is the table names, column names are different how can i achieve this?.What are the various options i have to accomplish the task?

example:

Server 1

Table Name: Employee

EMPID EMPNAME DESIGNATIONID EMAIL PHONE
1 XYZ 4 XYZ@g.com 1234
2 ABC 5 ABC@g.com 5678
3 QWE 6 QWE@g.com 890

Server 2

Table Name: Associate
ASSID Name ROLEID EMAIL Contact
1 XYZ 4 XYZ@g.com 0000
5 IOP 5 IOP@g.com 87967
6 BNM 6 BNM @g.com 453

Expected Result after the merge

Server 2

Table Name: Associate

ASSID Name ROLEID EMAIL Contact
1 XYZ 4 XYZ@g.com 1234
5 IOP 5 IOP@g.com 87967
6 BNM 6 BNM @g.com 453
2 ABC 5 ABC@g.com 5678
3 QWE 6 QWE@g.com 890
