Hi AllWe have SQL 2000 Production server, recently we are getting alerts DATE/TIME: 3/9/2009 1:26:24 PMDESCRIPTION: Error: 9002, Severity: 17, State: 6The log file for database 'TESTDB' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space.COMMENT: (None)JOB RUN: (None)But when we check the server immediately, we don't see any issue with the tempdb log file size or with the disk space. Is there a way in sql server 2000 to capture which query or event would be triggering this alertThanks |

If it is a true TESTDB, set the recover mode to simple (MY practice) or initiate backups of the logs.Terry-- Procrastinate now! |
