| In my scenario, there is no SA password and if profiler is running, it can be stop able by any user through query.Natish |

No, SQL Profiler cannot be stopped in an easy way for users.First they have to find out SQL Profiler is running remotely and then they have to find out trace id and which stored procedure to run to finish trace.
