Hi,We have a replication environment where We have a Central Server that publishes information and multiple branch servers that are subscribed to this central server. The branch servers may access the central either on LAN or through VPN.My problem is the Snapshot generation that was working smoothly till recently has suddenly started giving the following Error. The process could not create file '\\****\ReplData\unc'.And the error details gives the following reasons"The specified network name is no longer available.(Source: (OS); Error number: 64)"The distribution database is on the same server as the database that publishes the information.I am using the default location for the ReplData folder.Any assistance in resolving this issue would be appreciated. |

Any reason to believe that this is not a problem with connectivity over the network? File backup contention perhaps? |
