How can I script all the databases using a sql analyzer?

sql dmo is probably the easiest.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

how is it done could you explain it a bit deeper or please tell me where to look for the help in books online as my enterprise manager is not working I have to script all the databases.

What do you mean script the databases? Do you mean backing them up?
