I am sending a parameter dynamically from my HEAT service desk software.
My URL is
http://localhost/ReportServer/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2fHEAT+Reports%2fPast+Calls+AlderleyA&rs%3aCommand=Render&Custid={|CallLog.CustID}

When the report server pops up it has the right name in the Parameter box but it always appears with a question mark at the end and therefore doesn't find any data.
e.g. If the Custid is SmithT the report shows SmithT?
I can't figure out why

TIA

Using it from within the heat software.
it brings up a browser window inside a tab in the software

can you try the url directly and see if it renders report correctly?

I can run it from IE. but not using exactly the same string. if you look at the string it is using it has a dynamic field at the end so if I run it in a web browser externally to the software I have to supply a parameter value.
so if i do

http://localhost/ReportServer/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2fHEAT+Reports%2fPast+Calls+AlderleyA&rs%3aCommand=Render&Custid=Adamsp

this works fine
