Hi,
Accidentally i deleted half the tables from our application database. I need to restore/recover them in 4/5 hours else, i am will be out of this world !!

Please help

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

restore your latest backup database in your local server then export the to an excel then import the
records to the table in your working database
