Hi,I would like to sort data in the report after it is retrieved from the data source. I'd like to set sort expressions on a Tablix data group. For example, to sort on the field [Transactions] in the order below. Need expressions example to use in the sort properties.Transactions-----------------------------Express KOA In State Move InExpress KOA In State Move OutExpress Out of StateManual KOA In State Move OutManual KOA In State Move InManual Out of StateThanks in advance for any help.-Baaul |

click on properties of your group, there you have sorting, click ADD and then in the dropdown list select the column, on which it should be sorted. then the data in each group is sorted on that column. you can choose more than one, but it doesnt work in RS2008 yet. Therefore its better to sort in your procedure, where you can use a list of fields to sort the data.(select * from TABLEORDER BY col1, col2, col3, col4) |
