| 99% of all our reports are sent out as Excel spreadsheets. We now are trying to use reporting services, strangely enough, for reporting. I have a report that originally was Excel and now we want to send optionally to PDF.Above the column headings is a few text boxes. 1 with the report name and 2 containing the parameters selected to run the report. The users would like the title and parameters to repeat on every PDF page and I have no idea if that is possible. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be a major help.Thanks in advance,John |

| right click on the empty space in Layout tab and you would see Page Header and Footer |

| Thank you. I had always assumed (obviously incorrectly) that the "heading title and parameter selection" text boxes were already in the header. I know where to check in the future now. |
