Hi everybody,Does anyone know how to assign a title to a tab in a report made in Microsoft Visual Studio? The idea is to see a title at the bottom of a page in Excel after exporting the report, based on specific data. For example, I run the report with an item number as a parameter. And I'd like to see this item number as sheet title. Thanks a lot.Have a nice day. |

In Reporting Services, when you export to Excel, the tab name will default to the Report Name. If you have multiple Lists or Tables in your report, then I read (can't seem to find the link right now) that it will put each Table in a separate tab and give the tab the name of the Table.--------------------------------------------Brand yourself at EmeraldCityDomains.com |

You will also get new tabs when you have a table and the grouping specifies a page break either before or after. Also, the tab as report name only goes to 31 characters.John"The smoke monster is just the Others doing barbecue" |
